A Mission Rooted in 40 Years of Experience

Our company was founded on the belief that deep, honest conversations can transform individuals and communities. With four decades of experience as a therapist, our founder, Leslie Robinson, saw a critical need for dialogue-based tools that empower people to speak openly about their experiences. From working with students and educators to supporting incarcerated individuals and military reintegration programs, our journey has always been about fostering understanding through conversation.

What began as a single board game has grown into a global initiative, helping schools and organizations create inclusive spaces where every voice matters. By making dialogue engaging and accessible, we continue to build bridges across differences—one conversation at a time. Today, Keep It Real Inclusion Clubs are creating a movement, uniting students, educators, and community leaders in a shared mission of belonging. Through these conversations, individuals develop the tools to navigate diversity with respect, empathy, and confidence, making a tangible difference in the world around them.
